Kettlebell is a centuries-old training tool that looks like a cannon ball with a handle. Kettlebells can be used in ballistic (explosive) swinging movements utilizing the whole body along with momentum or used in more traditional press and squat exercises. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization. There is no such thing as isolated muscle work in kettlebell training. (60 minutes)



An indoor stationary cycling class that combines basic cycling movements with motivational coaching, breathing awareness, and heart rate training. This non-impact, individually paced, cardio class will definitely move you! Spinning classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels. Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn. The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level. (45 minutes)



Done to upbeat music, step aerobics is a form of aerobic power distinguished from other types of aerobic exercise by its use of an elevated platform (the step). The height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step. Step aerobics helps burn calories and fat. It also helps to reduce stress, promote restful sleep, strengthen muscles and gives the body a more streamlined appearance. The number of calories burned depends on the speed of movements, step height, and length of exercise. Step aerobics is suitable for all ages. (60 Minutes)


Power Pileates/Yoga

This class combines the muscle-sculpting, sore-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga. We crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean and incredibly defined.(60 minutes)


This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. You will be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still want the option to take it to the next level. (60 minutes)


Boot Camp

This is a type of group physical training program conducted by gyms, personal trainer and former military personnel. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time.(60 minutes)


Core & More Basic Step

This class is very similar to the basic Step Aerobics class with an emphasis on building core muscles.  A great class for all fitness levels. (60 minutes)



This fun, cardio dance class combines high-energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves and combinations that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Easy to follow, and something everyone can do! (60 minutes)



This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and martial arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. (60 minutes).



This is a strength and conditioning program with the aim to abs, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance and strength. (60 minutes)
